John Roughton, a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia, graduated from Old Dominion University in 1985 and from Rhema Bible College in 1987. He first traveled to India in 1989 and later returned in 1994 to reside. He is the founder and senior pastor of Spirit of Faith Church in Dimapur, Nagaland and Spirit of Faith Bible School. He continues to travel throughout America and in other nations as the Lord would lead him.
